How this document is calculated

Start without fictional customer information. Fill in the fields you need and use the preview to check spacing. The compact template reduces vertical padding; the classic template leaves more room around the parties and totals. Blank fields remain empty in the document. Your browser can save the print view as PDF, but the JSON draft is the editable backup. A PDF is not imported back into this editor. This template does not assign invoice numbers or track previous invoices for you.

Tax-exclusive prices. Amounts and discounts round half up to the currency’s smallest unit per line. The global discount is shared proportionally; line taxes round after discounts.
